How the Lexicare website handles your information. Last updated October 7, 2026.

What this website collects

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the site is used: the pages you visit, how you got here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address). Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. We use this only to improve the site, and we don’t sell it or use it for advertising.

No patient information

This website has no sign-in or accounts, and it never asks for patient information. The interactive demos run in your browser with sample patients and send nothing to us. Patient data lives only in the Lexicare RIS, which is covered by its own agreements with each customer.

When you contact us

“Book a demo”, “Contact sales” and the other buttons open a short form. What you enter there (your name, work email, organization, number of sites and message) is sent to us and stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Firebase, along with the page you sent it from. The same goes for anything you email to support@lexicare.co. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your request. Please don’t include patient information; if you’d like to try Lexicare on your own referrals, we’ll arrange a de‑identified sample.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt‑out browser add‑on. The site works the same either way. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email support@lexicare.co.
